I have been the only family member that has been gluten intolerant for several years which made holiday meals really hard for me. I love my family and bless their hearts but they would forget how I am unable to eat certain foods. But recently my two sisters have become diabetic. So now not only do we have to watch gluten but now carbs and sugar. So my challenege is now to find a dessert recipe to make that is gluten free, low in carbs/sugar and tastes good! If anyone has any suggestions please let me know!
